  I appreciate very much the expertise that Taxes for Expats has given me over the years. The failed American Tax System is very complicated and cannot be understood by common people. I as a retired Petroleum Engineer, can not put the puzzle of forms together. TFX does the best job on this. I appreciate it very much.

  Have used this company for 4 years. Every year over 30 pages of IRS forms required. Although when living in the US I filed myself, the amount of paperwork alone justifies the very reasonable cost to avoid any errors and the HUGE hassle that would result. Definitely a very good choice.

I actually had the taxes TFX prepared for me reviewed by an unrelated financial planner specialising in tax optimisation and financial planning for American expats in my host country, and she couldn't find any errors or opportunities for improvement in the actual tax return they prepared.   I have used this service for several years now. I am not some wealthy expat, just an ordinary American married to a Brit who has the burden of filing my taxes and FBAR every year.   I looked to TFX when I realised that Turbo Tax was not sufficiently suited to deal with international tax payers. TFX is the best value for money that I've found for US expats in the UK. The tax preparation was quick, the preparer was knowledgeable, and willing to look into certain items for me. I feel that all of my questions were answered and that I achieved the best possible outcome for my return. I would highly recommend for US expats in the UK with relatively simple income streams.

  TFX did an amazing job on my very complicated taxes. We moved from the US (California) to NZ and then back to the US again (Georgia). TFX has helped me file in two countries and two different US states. They have gracefully dealt with a variety of complicated tax situations, from having a nanny as a household employee, buying and selling of properties, rental properties, and exercise and sale of stock options.

  The very first time I used Taxes for Expats, I was audited. It was the government's mistake, but I was so relieved that TFX handled all of it. I did not have to fret or worry about anything or go into more legal paperwork. I was relieved and they fixed everything. That was 10 years ago and I still use them to this day!

  TFX offers first class tax filing service for expats. None of the other online services were able to handle Foreign Tax credits properly, but TFX did so very efficiently which resulted in an enhanced refund. Not only is their FTC service unbeatable, but the rest of the filing process is done very methodically with simple attention to detail. You are walked through the whole process by a hands-on assistant who gathers your information and prepares your return, always assuring along the way that everything is complete and in order. Very helpful. I would readily recommend TFX for any expatwanting to have the best possible assisted tax filing experience.
